Fascinating presentation. Finally, a message that holds your attention, makes a lot of sense and is fun to watch! My wife and I recently dropped a combined 60+ pounds from increased activity (walking only) and modified what and when we eat over a 4 month period and had an apple a day each evening (really) and both feel much better and look better too.
